February Cash Competitions on LiveTribe.com

Many LiveTribe members will be aware that LiveTribe supports a number of charity groups and non-for-profit organisations both local and international. Together with such organisations as Rainforest Rescue, CanTeen, Clean Up Australia and UNHCR we try to help promote social good and environmental responsibility and encourage all our members to do their bit too. One of the ways one can show their support is by entering one of LiveTribe monthly promotions in supporting those charities.

In February 2012 LiveTribe had not one but two competitions running at the same time with the total prize pool of $750.

Last month we invited all LiveTribe members to show their support to CanTeen’s Terrific Picnic initiative and share your favourite picnic recipes on the LiveTribe Facebook Page or organise a Terrific Picnic themed picnic and share your photos of the event. Throughout the month we received a great response and subsequently announced five winners: M. Gerrand (TAS), R. Kapsalakis (VIC), L. Smith (NSW), S. Callan (NSW) and N. Rock (SA).

One of the winner’s fun recipe was also featured on Terrific Picnic’s website alongside Master Chef Australia 2011 and CanTeen Ambassador, Jay Huxley.

The other LiveTribe initiative in February was dedicated to Clean Up Australia Day 2012. There was a number of ways to enter the promotion for a chance to win up to $150 cash. LiveTribe congratulates the three winners of the competition: A. Davidson (NSW) as well as K. Mcgugan (QLD) and R. Kapsalakis (VIC).
