LiveTribe Poll, November Recap Part Two
Every day we receive a dozen different polls submitted to us by LiveTribe members. This makes around seventy polls on an average week. LiveTribe website can fit only that many polls at the same time so not all of the suggested polls will be approved and make it to the LiveTribe homepage. While polls are a great way to see what other panel members think about some of the current issues, products and services on the market as well as earn you some extra points, all polls have to match certain criteria before they will be approved.
Here are some tips that can help you make your poll exactly the kind to be chosen for the LiveTribe website. Ask questions relevant to a large group of people. Consider the entire country, people of different ages and different backgrounds. Ask simple questions and make sure that the suggested answers include ‘yes’, ‘no’ and ‘not sure’ options. Do not ask questions that can be potentially offensive to other members. Try to avoid religious topics. And since LiveTribe is a market research community, ask more questions about brands and products.
From polls sent to us by our members, and thanks to your answers in the second half of November, we found out the following interesting facts.
LiveTribe panel stood divided on the topic if pets should be allowed in all the rental and strata properties. Finally, pet lovers won when 42% of you said that pets should be allowed, 40% said ‘no’ and the rest were unsure. Does it mean it is time to change the ‘no pets allowed’ rule?
Another interesting poll revealed that when the prices of bananas soared this year, 53% of LiveTribe members stopped buying them altogether and another 25% were buying very rarely.
Other polls showed, for example, that most of you are trying to eat healthier these days and that when it comes to shopping price is the most important criteria outranking quality of a product and brand name.
Use those simple tips and your polls will be regularly featured on the LiveTribe website earning you even more rewards.
